Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Teyvat Tavern! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Please read our Refund Policy below to learn how we handle refunds and returns.

We have a 30 Days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at service@teyvatavern.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

1. Incorrect Item

If the item you received is different from what you ordered, we will accept the return and provide a refund or send you the correct item. The return shipping costs will be borne by us.

2. Change of Mind

If you change your mind and want to cancel your order, please contact us before the order is shipped and we will immediately refund you the full amount. If your order is already in transit, we will try to intercept the order. If the interception fails, you will need to return the goods after receiving them, and the transportation costs incurred during the period will be borne by you.

3. Product Defects

If the product you purchased has defects that are not caused by human factors, we will handle the follow-up for you according to the specific situation. (Handling methods include but are not limited to refund or reissue)

4. Exchanges for Size or Other Reasons

If you wish to exchange an item due to sizing issues or other preferences, kindly note the following:

  • Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping fees for the original item.
  • Replacement Shipping Support: Upon receiving the returned item, we will assess the shipping costs for sending the replacement. While we strive to provide reasonable shipping support for the reshipment, exceptionally high shipping fees (e.g., international rates or expedited services) may require partial or full payment by the customer. We will communicate any additional costs transparently for your approval before processing the exchange.

The following situations will prevent us from processing a full refund for you:

  • Any courier delivery failure due to incorrect or unclear address, resulting in loss of shipment. (We will always pay attention to the express delivery status. If delivery fails, we will contact you as soon as possible and provide the contact information of the final courier).
  • The package was stolen after successful delivery (we will provide appropriate compensation based on the specific circumstances).

Refund Instructions for Pre-sale Items

For all pre-sale products, you can get a full refund one month before the expected delivery date of the product. (For example, if the expected delivery date of the pre-sale product you ordered is August 10, you can contact us before July 10 for a full refund.) Please contact us first for the specific refund details, and we will handle it according to the actual situation.

In order for you to experience the product happily and for the order to be delivered successfully, please provide a specific and clear delivery address as much as possible (preferably with contact information). Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
